With that bad taste in our mouths, we drifted over to the food court for dinner-before-the-show(pun intended). Once we GOT to the kiosk, the person running it was not only rude, but apparently also unconcerned about how long he took. The kiosk for getting the 'yes, I'm over 21' bracelet wasn't even close to an entrance, which means this treatment was probably being repeated on other customers. Each person that accosted him was VERY rude about it, despite us being right next to him, and OBVIOUSLY being his parents 2. I have no problem with them checking client ages, except: 1. In the span of the first 5 minutes inside the casino, my son was accosted several times, being asked how old he was by VERY hostile employees. Since we were there for the performance, our entire family went. It was also very clean.but that may have been partly due to it being newly-open. The casino is very nice looking, both inside and out. This is a plus, particularly if you have never been in the Santa Roas/Rohnert Park area. We took advantage of Bill Engvall performing at this hotel to make an 'exploratory excursion': Traveling to Graton from anywhere is pretty easy.
